Privacy, in plain words
Read a few pages or send us a quote request, and this site takes in a little information. This policy spells out what, why we keep it, and how to have it deleted — kept short on purpose. Still fuzzy on any of it? The contact page gets you straight to us.
What we collect
- Whatever you type into the quote form — contact details, the two addresses, your building and floor, a target date, and any notes that shape the flat rate.
- Anonymized traffic data — enough to see which Atlanta neighborhoods and towers get read, never tied to a person.
- A short call log — date, time, and the number we quoted; the audio itself is never recorded.
How we use it
Your details do two jobs and stop there: build the written quote and get the crew to your door. We don’t sell them to lead aggregators, brokers, or directories, and no referral kickback is baked in anywhere. Should a rival mover ring you already knowing the particulars, that leak started somewhere other than here.
Who else sees it
- A card processor handles any deposit, which keeps full card numbers off our own machines entirely.
- Our insurer only sees a building’s name and address on the occasions you ask us to issue a COI for management.
- Beyond those two, nobody. Data brokers are shut out, and remarketing never leaves basic analytics.
Deleting your record
Changed your mind about us holding your form data? A message on the contact page starts the deletion — records are purged inside five working days, with an email once it’s done.
Cookies and updates
This site sets a session cookie and an analytics cookie; clear both any time and the quote form still works fine. Material changes get reposted under a new date, and anyone with an open quote hears from us directly.
